Random123: update the URL of the remote repository
Use a copy of the repository hosted on Gitlab instead of GitHub,
where the main repository is hosted. This is because, in some countries,
GitHub appears to be inaccessible without logging in to GitHub.
The 4e07dac commit already added a mirror of the main repository but
accessible via the git protocol whose port 9418 is likely to be blocked
by number of firewalls. Hence this new mirror on the Gitlab Meso-Star
account accessible via https.
